All endpoints return application/json. Errors use a { "error": "..." } envelope with an appropriate HTTP status code.
The proxywatch database is updated continuously by a live probe runner. IPs seen as residential proxy exit nodes are recorded with timestamps and per-provider attribution. Risk scores come from Synthient and are refreshed on lookup.
